Shipping policy

For domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

To protect our customers, LAURE CTV cannot change or intercept the shipping address once an order has been placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. However, you may schedule a pickup at a UPS location or reschedule a delivery date through the UPS My Choice service.

US orders will have the option to be shipped via Ground or Express and delivered through UPS.

All orders Ground or Express will be sent with a tracking number once dispatched from the warehouse.

Orders to PO boxes will not be accepted.
